Fans on Social Media have showed their sympathetic emotions to a new song that gospel musician Estiner Katengeza has dropped as a tribute to her late sister Agnes who was murdered in Lilongwe last month.

The tribute titled ‘Why’ was released on Tuesday and grasped people’s attention soon after it’s release.

In the song Katengeza mourn by explaining their relationship with the deceased Agnes and is filled with so many unanswered questions of why her sister was brutally murdered.

“M’bale wanga timakondana

M’bale wanga timamvana

M’bale wanga timatolerana

She was more than a sister, she was my friend

Lord I do not understand

Ooooooooh Lord I truly don’t understand.” reads part of the lyrics in verse one.

The second verse of the song she questions God why did he allowed the murder to happen and she wants to know who murdered her and why?

One fan Evely Nyirenda reacted with an emotional comment after Mikozi network uploaded a short video of the song on their Facebook page.

She said; “ This is so emotional, May the murders never get a way from this. It hurts to lose a relative such in a way, I am sending love and hugs.”

“Why” now has 10,000 views on YouTube since it got uploaded on Tuesday.
